Hitomi Tsujita, Ph.D.

Hitomi Tsujita is a post-doctoral fellow in Dr. Jun Rekimoto Laboratory at The University of Tokyo in Tokyo Japan and a research fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS).

Her main research interests are in the areas of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Ubiquitous Computing with particular interest in supporting remote communication and health care of the elderly using daily appliances and their behaviors.

Ms. Tsujita received her Ph.D. in Computer Science in 2010, under the advisement of Dr. Itiro Siio, M.S. in Computer Science in 2007, and B.S. in Information Science in 2006, all from the Ochanomizu University.
